	Radiators are Manufactured from Cold Rolled Continuously Annealed (CRCA) Sheet of 1.00 to 1.25 mm Thickness.

	The Corrugated Type are directly welded to the Transformer Tank. Embossing is provided for strengthen the Wall Panels. Rod of 8 mm is providing in Straight Wall Panels.

About 50% volumetric reduction. based on the above facts we affirmatively recommend use of CWP Radiators.

Thermo Syphon power wastage is lower and the flow of oil does not become sluggish hence the efficiency of the Radiators is better. This in the long term improves the usable life of the Transformer and maintenance cost would be lower.

In CWP radiators their is no circulation of oil through Tubes/ Fins & therefore, there is no possibility of blockage due to formation of sludge.

In CWP Radiators, in case there is leakage or pilferage of oil, the level of oil may reduce but the Transformer will continue to operate with some increase in temperature. In the case of PSR or ERW Tube Radiators the circulation of oil will completely stop and the Transformer will burn off.

We Manufacturer Pressed Steel Radiators as per "IEEMA" specifications which are Universally Standard and are Derived from "DIN"

RAW Material:

CRCA Steel Strips "D" Grade 1.00 mm & 1.25 mm thick (as per customers requirements) for Radiators
Fin.

CRCA Steel Strips "D" Grade 2.00 mm Thick for Header Pipes of 90mm OD and also MS Pipe of 90 mm OD, 75 mm OD & 50 mm OD (as per customers requirement)

Accessories such as M.S. Square Flanges, Air Vent, Drain Plug, Lifting Hooks, Bracing Straps are

The Radiators are treated with 3-in-1 solution for De-phospating & De-greasing prior to application of
2 Coats of Zinc Chromate Red Oxide, Primer for Anti Corrosion Enamel/Epoxy based finished painting
is done as per customers' requirement.

We also have the Shot Blasting facility available which ensures a better grip increasing the life of paint.

TESTING

All radiators are Pressure tested individually under water with the help of Compressed Air Pressure of 1.0 Kg/cm²up to 800 mm long and 1.5 Kg/cm² on 900 mm and above length. The Radiators are Leak Proof against Transformer Oil at 105⁰ C Pressure being 1.0 Kg/cm².

All radiators are thoroughly cleaned and given a Interior Coat of class "A" Insulation Varnish. external surface is cleaned of all Rust and given a Exterior Coat of Red Zinc Chromate Primer (25 PPF).
